This morning I had registered to the SEO contest with the keyword Kampanye Damai Pemilu Indonesia 2009. I have signed up because a friend who has let know about the SEO contest. I followed the SEO contest by simple reason that I want to compete against other participants to get the first position, I want to test my ability to apply theory in SEO that I had learned. And this is a proof of my seriousness in implementing the learning slow but sure like what I've written yesterday.
Just for information that the SEO contest is open to the public, unfortunately abroad participants aren't invited to follow and as the main prize is the money of Rp. 5,000,000 which is approximately the same as the $ 500 USD. Details you can get on pogung177.
I have learned that the correct implementation of SEO will create a site can be quickly indexed in search engines and its means a profit for the site because if anybody looking for some information with particular keyword by search engine so the indexed sites will be appear in the right place.
Do I get the first place in that SEO contest, the tenth rank at least or didn't get anything? I don't know yet ! I got nothing to loose if I don't get anything. All I need to do is doing the best.
